Physics is about studying how the universe works, and since you're in it, it's really about understanding you and the world you live in. Hopefully you'll find this very interesting! Seek to improve your learning by polishing each portfolio objective, each online text assignment, and then by noticing physics in your life!

Day 2

AP Physics 3 Peeps - from the cafeteria: Zero hour can come for breakfast at 6:45am.  Please note they will have a grab and go breakfast like cereal and milk as hot breakfast will not be finished cooking by then.here's your bellwork so you can do it ahead of time anyways if you'd like :-)

A Ball is dropped from a height of 50m.  What are the acceleration, velocity, energy stored in each mode and elapsed time at 50m, 25m, and just before it touches the ground?  Create a vertically stacked set of xvat graphs with an energy pie chart under the appropriate times.  Justify each answer!

Bonus, what values (if any) would change if there was a strong breeze from the West?

AP Physics 1 Peeps - Let's analyze some data from our spheres!  We need three things from the graphs - SHAPE, SLOPE, INTERCEPT.  Graph however you like (hand, calculator, logger Pro, Plot.ly, gdocs, etc.)

Don't click here until Mr. Chapman tells your group to do so (I know, it's hard not to!)
