As consensus, we decided that the bulbs can be lit without a battery if there is another energy source in the loop (the capacitor)
We described CHARGING as the lighting of bulbs when the battery pushes charge into the capacitor, and DISCHARGING as the lighting of bulbs when the battery is removed and there is a charged capacitor in the loop
