Physics is about studying how the universe works, and since you're in it, it's really about understanding you and the world you live in. Hopefully you'll find this very interesting! Seek to improve your learning by polishing each portfolio objective, each online text assignment, and then by noticing physics in your life!

Using Fizziks to phind gravity (and the one page method)

On your personal small whiteboard, write out how to do World2-1 @ http://www.theuniverseandmore.com/

If you have that down, try another world (hint - it helps on higher levels to pick at least one spot where you know what the velocity is (zero?))

"AP" students - it's a good idea to use simulations (like the Universe Game) to mimic real world situations, or to use Logger Pro and the cart/ramp/motion detector setup to do the same

Let's try this out...

Here's a sample of how to use the TWO main motion equations to completely describe a physics situation.  In this case, we'll do the first problem on theuniverseandmore.com world2-1.  Click below and play!

World 2-1 Example

This was done using a sky wifi livescribe pen - highly recommended!  All the notes AND sounds are recorded and can be uploaded so you can share and save your classnotes :-)
